ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS
Can my teen participate in LIFT's Summer Programs?
Incoming 6th through 12th graders in Leelanau County are all invited to participate in LIFT's Summer Programs! We also have summertime programming exclusively for rising 9th through 12th graders. You can find an updated calendar of those activities here.
What does it cost for my teen to participate in LIFT's Summer Programs?
LIFT is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that provides free and accessible programming to Leelanau County's youth. We are funded through community contributions, grant funding, business sponsorships, and fundraising events. As such, we encourage families who are able to make a donation in support of LIFT's mission! However, it is not a requirement.
Will my teen require transportation to/from LIFT's Summer Programs?
LIFT is able to provide no-cost, limited transportation for teens living in the areas surrounding Suttons Bay, Northport, and Glen Lake Schools on a first come, first served basis both to and from our summer programs!
When are LIFT's Summer Programs?
LIFT's Summer Program activities will occur regularly between June, July, and August. See the calendar above for each activity's specific dates and times.
